Procedure

     1. Fill the glass with water.

     2. Cut two straws with 5 and 10 cm.

     2. Hold the 5 cm straw inside water in the vertical position.

     3. Blow the small straw top part with the 10 cm straw.

     4. If your blow is enough you will verify the formation of water drops in the top part of the small straw. (if you don't verify that try to dive even more the vertical straw)

Why?

According to the Bernoulli principle, when the flow speed of a fluid is higher its pressure will be lower. Thus, when air is blown to the vertical straw top part, the pressure decreases in that point. Due to this pressure decrease, the water contained inside the straw will be forced to arise to the top in order to compensate the decrease in pressure. Due to this fact, consequently, the blown air drags the water producing a spray. Now you already know how to build a home-made vaporizer. Don't forget to try it!
